We’re excited to get involved with your order!


Custom weathervane projects are very specific and are usually discussed in depth for detail and clarification.  Typically initial discussions involve the subject of design, weathervane style, the scale needed, and what considerations or preparations are needed for installation.  Finally, what is my lead time?

SkyArt provides installation diagrams and scaled shop drawings of your weathervane within your installation setting to clarify and illustrate full details of your order.  We provide up to two edited drawings to finalize your project upon receipt of deposit.  In addition, coordinating delivery schedules or arranging advance delivery of assembly elements i.e. mast shipments, to contractors
is set up at this time.  Finally, any other aspect that can support your order is addressed!

Payment Terms:

We require a 50% deposit when your order is placed with the balance plus shipping and/or tax due upon completion prior to shipment.  Your order is not considered official or put on our fabrication schedule until we have received your deposit.  Once your deposit is received the delivery of your drawings, diagrams, or special schematics are delivered via e-mail to you, your architect or as designated ASAP.

Upon completion of your order, Sky Art will e-mail jpeg photos of your new weathervane fully assembled for your review and acceptance.   Once approved, your shipment date is finalized.  At this time, the balance of the invoice is due in full.

Payment Method:

We accept two forms of payment.
For payment by check, please make check payable to “SkyArt Studio & Gallery”. Our mailing address is on the invoice.
If your choice of payment is via PayPal please let us know and we will e-mail an invoice for easy payment.

Order in Person:

You’re welcome to visit by appointment.  Our studio is conveniently located in Meriden, Connecticut between New Haven and Hartford.  Please bring blueprints, photos, graphics or any documentation you wish to discuss.  For driving instructions visit our Contact Page.

Shipment:

We ship our weathervanes via UPS ground transport, fully insured, with signature required at delivery.  For weathervanes that exceed UPS dimensions, we ship via ABF Truck transport.

Please Note:  Upon receipt of your shipment please check all contents of the shipment.  If there is a problem with your shipment please contact us as soon as possible.  We regard the safety of your shipment as a priority.  Any shipment problems will be addressed immediately.

Returns Accepted
All returns excluding Damaged Shipments will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee (based on product price) with buyer paying shipping on return.
Buyer should contact SkyArt within 14 Days after receiving the item.
• Refund given as Money back or replacement (buyer’s choice).
• Return shipping will be paid by buyer .
